Dr. Chris Neumann conceived of the first web-based Opinion Leader database back in 1995 while building the Scientific Affairs Liaison department at Bayer AG. We believe it was the first of its kind. Since then we have updated and expanded our software services to reflect the needs of the market. All upgrades and enhancements are provided free-of-charge to our current clients as a ‘Thank You’ for doing business with us.

We are NOT software vendors; we provide software solutions and services. Having worked in the pharmaceutical industry, we understand first-hand the time constraints imposed on people today. We understand how busy our clients are and therefore we enter the data and keep the information updated on an ongoing basis.

We also understand the need for confidentiality and security. Each client has a unique site (we don’t pull your information from some central repository). Each OLms or ISCP is customized to the unique needs and wants of our clients. Our applications are located on a secure server which has firewalls and is backed up every day. We also 128-bit encrypt the data, so whether we or our clients are adding data, it is secure and can’t be hacked into by those teenage computer twerps !
